In-Person Poster
To confirm you will present your poster, you must register for the conference by Friday, September 29 at midnight ET. If you have not registered by this date, your presentation will be removed from the program.
You must register using the unique link provided in your abstract decision email.
In-person poster presenters must be present in person at the 2023 CCRC in Halifax.
The maximum poster size is 42 inches tall and 48 inches wide.
Posters must be mounted no later than 9:00 am on Sunday, November 12. The poster hall will be accessible to mount your poster on Saturday, November 11 between 3:00 and 6:00 pm or on Sunday morning between 7:00 and 9:00 am.
Posters must be removed no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 14. The CCRC is not responsible for removing posters and posters not removed by this time will be discarded.
In-person poster viewing sessions are scheduled for Sunday, November 12 from 12:00-1:30 pm (AST) and Monday, November 13 from 1:10-2:40 pm (AST) (Schedule is subject to change)
Posterboard numbers will be communicated by email closer to the event date.
Please be prepared to explain your poster in an accessible way to participants of our Patient Involvement in Cancer ResearchProgram and those outside your field of research.

Lightning Presentation
To confirm your lightning and poster presentation, you must register for the conference by Friday, September 29 at midnight ET. If you have not registered by this date, your presentation will be removed from the program.
You must register using the unique link provided in your abstract decision email.
Lightning presentation presenters must be present in person at the 2023 CCRC in Halifax.
Slides should be prepared in widescreen (16:9) format and must be a PowerPoint file.
Lightning presentations must not exceed 5 slides and 3 minutes in length.
Instructions to upload your presentation online will be shared closer to the event date.
Lightning presentations must be submitted by October 31, 2023.
Lightning presenters must also prepare an in-person poster presentation (see above for more information).
Oral Presentation in a Concurrent Session
To confirm your presentation, you must register for the conference by Friday, September 29 at midnight ET. If you have not registered by this date, your presentation will be removed from the program.
You must register using the unique link provided in your abstract decision email.
Oral presentation presenters must be present in person at the 2023 CCRC in Halifax.
Slides should be prepared in widescreen (16:9) format and must be a PowerPoint file.
Presentations must conclude with a lay summary slide to explain your research in an accessible way to participants of our Patient Involvement in Cancer ResearchProgram and those outside your field of research.
Instructions to upload your presentation online will be shared closer to the event date.
A speaker green room will be available and will be equipped with the same computers being used in each presentation room and you are encouraged to check your presentation for compatibility before your presentation.
Presentations lengths will be confirmed by email in the coming weeks.
