Abstracts

The Canadian Cancer Research Conference provides an excellent opportunity to present research to the cancer community. Abstract submissions from the entire spectrum of research topics are welcome. Trainees (undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows) and new principal investigators are encouraged to present their work.

Call for Abstracts is Now Closed

First Nations, Inuit and Métis Knowledge Product Submissions

CCRC 2025 welcomes First Nations, Inuit and Métis partners, organizations, researchers, patients, families, and communities to share their work through knowledge product submissions. We will accept a wide range of formats including, but not limited to, recordings, artwork, stories, written documents (ex. brochures, strategies, or reports), or other forms of media.

Please email your knowledge product submissions to KMB@partnershipagainstcancer.ca.

Abstract Submission Instructions

Once you accept the Abstract Submission terms and conditions, you will receive an automated email that contains your login credentials allowing you to login to your abstract record.

You can save multiple draft abstracts in your account and edit, modify and/or add additional abstracts for submission at a later time.

Once you have submitted an abstract, you will receive a confirmation email. A submitted abstract can no longer be edited or modified.

GUIDELINES

Required Contact and General Information

The abstract submission must be completed by the presenting author and all correspondence regarding the abstract submission will be sent to this individual. Please be prepared to submit your full contact information as well as information on all the authors of the abstract (full names, affiliations of each author) in the order that their names should appear.

Kindly note that this information will be used on the conference app. Therefore, please use proper letter case when entering authors’ names and affiliations.

Word Count and Format

Abstracts should contain no more than 250 words. Do not include figures or tables.
