CCRC 2021 is Going Virtual!
This November, the sixth biennial Canadian Cancer Research Conference will be moved to a fully virtual, online experience in efforts to keep our researchers, trainees, patient advocates, families, and communities as safe and healthy as possible through the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We are excited to continue the tradition of bringing together the cancer research community for an agenda spanning the research spectrum, taking full advantage of the virtual setting to create opportunities to learn, connect and celebrate together. 2018 Investment in Cancer Research: Report Released
Today, CCRA released its latest report on the investment in cancer research. It reveals that $491M was invested in cancer research in 2018. Although a slight increase since 2017 (up $17M), the investment has been fairly constant over the past five years.
